    Hi, thanks for everything so far, it's being a complete bugger aint it !

    Tomorrow I will remove the second nic and disable dhclient for it, I will do a re-install of Linux and see where I get, will let you know how it goes

    Hi, have reformatted all six drives, removed all cards from the system, turned off all unrequired ports in the bios and reinstalled Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3, and it now connects to the internet.

    Thanks very much for all your effort in trying to get me connected, I realy do appreciate it .
