Hello,

we have a problem with out email server. All emails that we from our account goes directly in the spam folder with a yahoo and hotmail account. I already created a spf record and a rDNS record, but still all email are considered as spam and I dont know why.

We have a Fedora server with plesk running. On one IP we have 8 different domains, but we use only 1 domain for sending email. For this domain I created the rDNS record. And the spf says that only this IP is allowed to send emails.

The problem for me is, that I really dont know what the problem could be. I also looked and we are not blacklisted.

Maybe you know what I can do, to find out what the problem is?! Is there maybe a software to test emails? Or maybe you know some good ressources about this topic?
