    Question any way to mount NTFS partitions ??

    i am new to FC6 , i got the the fat32 file systems to mounted, does anyone know to mount NTFS fs ?

    Hi digitalpbk,

    Welcome to the LinuxForums.

    Fedora Core doesn't support NTFS out of box. install kmod-ntfs to enable NTFS read access.
    Code:
    yum -y install kmod-ntfs
    use "-t ntfs" option in mount command.
    check this tutorial for NTFS write access.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
