what Fedora 7 version for EM64T cpu ?

Why does it seem like I should use FC6 x86_64 version for my P4 EM64T Celeron and Pentium CPU's but in Fedora 7 I should no longer use the x86_64 version on my systems if I corectly read the docs below ?
So Fedora 7 on a Intel EM64T CPU the i386 or the x86_64 version ?

    I am running the FC 6 x86_64 on my P 4 2.8 EM64T without problems.

A Pentium 4 with EM64T should be running X86_64 (64-bit). However it will also run regular i386 (32-bit) just fine. It's just personal preference. Don't let the naming schemes confuse you.
