apt-get problems
I installed the apt-get package from http://apt.freshrpms.net/ unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. The apt program itself works, but it doesn't seem to have the correct repositories. The reason I think this is because when I type like "apt-cache search mp3" or mplayer, or some other program not standard with fedora apt can't find it.
Yet the /etc/apt/sources.list file seems to have the correct repositories because everything else is commented out except this line:
rpm http://ayo.freshrpms.net fedora/linux/2/i386 core updates freshrpms
Any ideas why apt can't seem to use the proper repositories?
Thanks

This is apt for rpm. I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that I'm having these problems with Fedora Core 2.
