Which version of Fedora are you using?

Wine has nothing to do with Dual Booting and Fedora 7 onwards support NTFS write access out of box. Fedora lifecycle is too short imho.

Thats not possible. Wine or any other Linux package do not create/edit/delete files of other OSes unless you do it explicitly.

Execute this
Code:
su -
fdisk -l
df -h
Post output here.

If something is slowing down your net connection, then obviously your yum updates and torrent downloads will be really slow. Try disabling IPV6 (try the instructions here). Also run system-config-firewall and open the ports used by your torrent apps.

system-config-firewall is in Fedora 8 and above. If you have an older version, try system-config-securitylevel. If you still get a command not found error, switch to root in the terminal using "su -" and try again.

You haven't posted the output of df -h command.
Anyway, execute this
Code:
cat /etc/fstab
Post output here.
