HTTPS page takes over 10min to load

Hello Everyone

I have Squid running on my Linux server and I am having a few problems with it. When I try to go to this certain https page (https://lightoilmarketing.huskyenergy.com) it takes from 10 to 20 minutes before it loads. Other https page load fine. Why does this one page take so long to load. Any suggestions?

I thought that it was just the website as well except when I tried it from any external computer it works fine. Also, if I point our proxy at another server that it running our second squid proxy it also works fine. The problem is definatley on my one server. I would keep the proxy pointed to the server that is working properly but the internet traffic is so high that the server cannot handle it and tends to crash frequently. This is why I have to get it working on this server.
