Installing Fedora Core on a system with Windows XP and RAID 0

I was planning on installing fedora core on my computer it has RAID 0 and a Windows XP partition governing it. When I attempt to install Fedora Core it tells me it can't initalize the drives needed to install to. It tells me I can erase the data to do so but I don't. What can I do to get both Windows XP and Fedora Core on my system?

I started to try this before. Check out this thread (especially Olly's post); you may find some useful information there. I never did get it working with fedora core 4--I did do it with gentoo, but decided later to just let windows have the raids and got a seperate ide for my linux.
