You're trying to install Linux on the 80GB slave drive, I take it? It should show up, but have you considered unplugging your 200GB, swapping the jumper on the 80GB to Master, and installing that way? You could then just swap back the jumper and plug back in your 200GB. The only tricky part would be getting the bootloader installed, since it would be installed by default on the 80GB drive.
Also, once you do get Linux installed you're going to have trouble with your ATI card. ATI has the worst Linux driver support on the market right now.
