I am able to restrict file or folder access. but i am unable to hide it. abhishek456 Linux User Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: Hyderabad Posts: 462	just rename the file/directory by adding "."(dot) at the beggining rename sample - .sample additionlly u can create a document with name ".hidden" and name all the directories/files("." must not be present) which you want to hide in it __________________ life is the greatest opportunity that the nature had given you
