Good Firewall Distro
So I want to turn an old P3 box into a firewall. I know there are a lot of distros out there that claim to be for firewalls/gateways/servers. Some that I know of are like Vyatta, Clark Connect, Back Track, Whax, EnGarde, RedWall, BlueWall, moNoWall, SmoothWall, and so on an so forth. And of course, you can use regular distros like openSuSE, Ubuntu, Fedora Core, etc. What would you guys recommend?

This topic came up not long ago; you might try searching around the forum for additional options.
IPCop is full-featured, capable, and well documented. That's what I would suggest, depending on your needs.

I've been using a Gentoo box as a firewall/router for a few years now utilizing iptables/chains and it has been great. If you're warry to learn the fine roots of networking I'd suggest using IPCop as well.
