Anyone know where I can find forum-type help for openssh in Windows?

Tried making a key-pair on local AND remote machine, using dsa AND rsa, creating "authorized_keys" AND "authorized_keys2" and it keeps asking for a password. The documentation suggests that by default key authentication should come first, but exactly how to implement that is horrifically vague.

I do not respond to Private Messages asking for Linux help. Please, keep it on the public boards.
