frankly, I doubt anyone's really that interested in helping you hide processes since that's only ever for malicious reasons.
personal story:
an associate of mine had a box hacked once. they discovered it because they timestamped data sets and they werent able to find some of them later. it turns out, several system binaries were hacked to hide things (processes, files, etc) that had a specific string in them, something the hackers used to hide within the system. I'm pretty sure said server now runs 'chkrootkit'
