Security Disto
Hey, I am new to the Linux market (been IT Tech for 6 years now). I have played with Mandrake and Red Hat for a while now. What I am looking for is a Distro to run as a firewall box. We want something with Virus, firewall, web site filtering (both URL and something to search the web page to block words or pictures - like cybersitter.) I have thought of searching for hours and trying multiple distro's but decided why not ask for directions (my wife would die if she knew).
If you have any ideas on which Distro I should look at that would be great.

Knoppix-STD might be useful?

I would recommend the "SmoothWall Express Linux" distro for that purpose. It's light, secure, safe and stable as a rock.
