Dear, Forum
Im using Red Hat Enterprise new for a few days and im wondering how easy it is from someone outside to hack my computer and view my documents and seeing what im doing is it easy hackable?
I am just curious how safe my pc actual is.
Hope someone knows the answer

It depends on the security you have implemented on your system and how proactive you are at protecting it. Running a firewall, making sure selinux is running, strong passwords and disabling services you do not need are some suggestions for tightening the security on your box.

Start your firewall:
Configure the firewall:Code:service iptables start
Check if SELinux is enabled:Code:system-config-firewall
Configure services:Code:getenforce
Code:system-config-services
