Linux Anti-Virus Question......
Im fairly NEW to Linux and I was wondering if I needed an Anti-Virus at all? Like this one

Hi... I've never used anti-virus software under Linux but know that some have started using it. That's supposed to be a good one from what I hear.

personally i dont bother with anti virus, since there are (relatively) few virii out there that affect linux computers.
HOWEVER. if you are sharing files with windows computers, it's probably worth it, since though linux computers cannot be affected by windows virii, they can transport them on to windows computers. Hence if your using the linux computer as a file server for a network with windows computers, is worth while.
Or just to be safe, you could install it anyway
