    Hey guys I'm running SuSE 9.3 Pro and I'm wondering, does spyware and adware afflict Linux? Do I need a spyware removal tool?

    The short answer is no. The question of "are there viruses and spyware on Linux" has been asked many times on this forum. If you want more information, I suggest you go to the "Search" option at the top of this forum, pick the "Linux Security" forum, and do a search for the keyword "virus". There are at least 30 threads that deal with this sort of thing.
