uh what?? you want a distro which can fit on a single floppy and will act as a firewall?? even the smallest of distros is 50MB or there abouts.
As for setting up firewall/routers easily, take a look at smoothwall or ipcop both these distros can be installed to low spec hardware i.e. P2, 200MB hard drive, 64 MB RAM. But none of them will fit to a floppy.Life is complex, it has a real part and an imaginary part.
