Setting up a Network on Mandrake 9.2
Hi
Im at college in England and we have a peer to peer network in our back room running Windows 2000 Advanced Server however we have a linux computer right at the back, all the other windows computers can see each other but the Linux one cant see the other computers
Please could you tell me how to set up Mandrake 9.2 so that it can see the other computers.
The goal is to have it so we can access the other computers files and use it on the network!!

you must install samba in order to see win machines.

I have just installed Mandrake 9.2, and am new to linux. I would like to install samba but can't see how to....
