    Linux live CD firewalls

    Hello. I want to set up a live CD Linux firewall on a dedicated PC. I am fairly new to Linux and firewalls and have these questions:

    1) Is there a Linux live CD router-firewall option which allows different firewall settings for each client?

    2) What are the top few choices for Linux live CD firewalls? If possible I want a free and completely open source solution.

    This may be of help. Smoothwall s a live distro for use as a firewall and gateway. It can be managed using a web interface and has low hardware requirements.
