HELP! Using hosts.deny for pure-ftpd
Hi !
OpenBSD 3.9
Pure-FTPD server (port 21)
The server is fine, thanks!
I had some dictionary attacks...
I want to use /etc/hosts.deny to block the attacker IP.
I tried to put in hosts.deny:
ALL: attakerIP
It's not working...
My pure-ftpd service must be configured in inetd.conf or something?
I start my server in rc.local so it's not inetd who start my server... so...
Any ideea?
Thanks,
Andrei
