    Question how do i install BITDEFENDER on to suse

    Can any one please tell me how to install bitdefender antivirus onto my system i am running
    suse 10.2 with KDE desktop, I am not very up on computers so please put it simply if you can,

    No need installing an antivirus, only if you are running a server.

    Something like rkhunter would be more useful. Also check this guide for more information

    If you are not sharing files between Linux and Windows then you do not need it. The antivirus solutuions available for Linux are mainly for mail and file servers that serve Windows clients. Rootkits are more of a problem than viruses, so checkout the advice you were given above.
