Did anybody now how can i to get full access to all my files( write/read/creat ) if i am not in root. I have Mandrake9.2 (ker: 2.4.22). drakperm & msec did not help.

where are the files you are trying to access at? we need more info from you to help out thanks :)
I tried to have a full access to my own file on hd, if i am not in root. I can do everything when i am in root. For example, i can`t create or modify any files in my /home (or others). Maybe it is a security level, but i didn`t take a paranoid level???

Can you take a real-world example of something that you can't do, and exactly what error message it gives you?
Ok,
i install Mandrake9.2 and make new user: for example mosg (and i have a root). When i login with mosg ... then i go to my home dir ( /home ), press right button and then Create -> Folder/File/(what ever). Os gave me msg: Permission denied.
Sorry for my english, its not so good(i am from Russia)

Your home dir would be /home/mosg or ~/mosg
The first one: /home/mosg
And if i create a dir (with root) in my /home/mosg, for example /home/mosg/dir1/dir2, i can`t create any files in it (with mosg login).
Hey, i just understand my problem: i need do change my permit with CHMOD function. Can any body write, how can i change it to give full access to /home.
I also can watch man pages, but when i was installing Mandrake i choose russian language by defult and now when i run konsole and type: man chmod, i can not read about chmod because on screan bad encoding...
