Setting up/configuring blacklists

Hello,

I am using Ipcop, (uname -a output) Linux xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.net 2.4.34 #1 Mon Jul 16 23:11:03 GMT 2007 i686 pentium2 i386 GNU/Linux.

I have installed the advanced proxy and url filter addons...However, I have noticed that I am unable to install the blacklists option to prevent my users going to these blacklisted sites!

Any ideas why this is so?
How do I now configure this option to work?
How do I block/open ports for one particular IP to acces?
How do I block internet access for one IP?

Any help is greatly appreciated...
