Is there a way to protect the bootloader from outside software?
Every now and then while I am on-line my computer will start clicking and I know that software is being downloaded into my bootloader. I have to get off-line and restart my computer into windows.
I then have to insert my first Suse 10 disk and restart my computer again. Then I have to run an automatic repair and reinstall the boot loader to get rid of whatever it is that gets downloaded.
Is there a way to always protect the bootloader from this software?
