Setup IMAP server?

Im new to FC and i've tried installing Cyrus IMAP but it doesnt work. Does anyone know how to install Cyrus IMAP? I need it to install a groupware.

What do you mean 'doesn't work'. There must be some symptoms? If you tell us what you're seeing, we might be able to suggest a solution. If you're trying to install from souce, then you might find it easier to install the binary package using yum, or one of the GUI package managers kyum or yumex.

Currently I use Dovecot for my IMAP, but you need a functioning mail system to put your IMAP system on top of.

You do know that double-posting is against the rules. It's also bloody annoying. Maybe if you'd taken the time to read the rules before posting (as suggested) I'd be more willing to help you.

I tried Cyrus IMAP but the software im going to use works better with Courier IMAP.
I torrented 2 packages, Package: Courier authentication library and Package: Courier-IMAP because i could not run Courier without the authlib file. I managed till ./configure only, when i tried 'make' it gave error. Here's wat I did for courier authlib:
