lost received email

Hey, guys.
I have one email account (yunho@mydomain.com), there is a problem when i have finised checking my emails and i disconnect the server. Then when i try to log to my server again in order to check email, all emails in my webmail box are lost.
Why????????
Please help me.........

Hey,
Check your webmail service is running on server. Check what are the permissions of home directory of that user

#ls -ld /home/yunho/public_html

Post them if possible.
Also try sending Test mail to that user from server and check the logs.
