Asterisk is going to kill me..
Hi, I am running a Project and currently I have to setup a GUI for a Windows User to configure Asterisk.
So, well I thought. Yey Webmin Module.
Doesnt exist.
Well Ive looked the entire net now. I am official Brain dead.. I have NO idea were to turn so I turn to the Linux Forums..
Well, so I have Asterisk installed. Now I need a Configuration/Administration Function for a Windows User.
I cant find any one that is Free AND works on Gentoo.
What also is kinda important is that I am currently also running a apache and FTP and SSH and some other services on this ServerPC. (Hylafax ext)
And they also use ports.
So what I want to say about that is I cant use port 80!
Well, how can I do this?
I really am starting to lose hair.. :S
Thanks already,
Robin

Is it a gui you are looking for? my company is setting up an asterisk system right now. we are going through a company called intuitive voice which has their own gui they made called "evolution pbx". It's been pretty helpful. kinda costly though (still not as costly as going through a non-asterisk corporate voip network

If you are just setting up your Asterisk server, try Trixbox.org. Very nice and easy to setup.
There is also FreePBX. Give it a whirl..LINUX - "The other white meat.."
