    uninstall squid proxy server....

    hellO..

    i'm a beginner in Linux..actually now i'm using fedora core 6
    then i'm try install squid proxy server into my system through webmin-1.370
    but then i uninstall that webmin version and install webmin-1.290, the previous version..
    this because of the order from my bos to using that version..
    my problem now, the squid server is not match with webmin-1.290 and require squid proxy 1.1 to 2.5 only..and the version of squid proxy in my system right now is 2.6...

    can any one help me how that i can uninstall the squid proxy-2.6?

    Hi,

    Open your terminal and type - yum remove squid

    No need to uninstall by webmin
