installing php board via apache
well ive done this on iis but having some troubles with apache on my redhat 9. when i try access my install directory to document root/cgi-bin/phpBB2/install/install.php it says page cannot be found or temporarily out of servcie,
I know its here, i enabled directory indexing and allowed access and permissions to such directories, i cant access any other directory insead of my document root. what could be the problem?

What about if you just access the server using just the ip address?
