    Installing Samba on FreeSCO


    Does anyone know if it's possible to install Samba on FreeSCO? Or does the package have to be specifically designe for the FreeSCO distribution?

    I can't say definitivly, but you should be able to compile source code on any *nix based distro. From what i can tell, give a compile a try. I severly doubt that RPM's will work, but again, feel free. The only serious problem that you man encounter as far as i can tell will be a LARGE dependancy list.
