Hello all I am new to samba i have tried setting it up and am happy with how much I have accomplished
My winXP client knows its a DOMAIN controler and I can connect to it an see the shares but when I try to connect my client to the domain i get "the user name could not be found"
Here is my SAMB config file
I have the root user in the samba password file and also have admin mapped to root.
I am adding the xp client via the computer name change window form the my computer properties section of windows
