time completely off
I'm running a forum and a game on my server, and both display times that are completely off. My ubuntu system time is set. Is there another time I need to set in php or something?

Is the time always off by the same amount, or does it gain/lose time?
Is your timezone set properly?
Is the time set correctly in your BIOS?oz
