Is there someone that can explain this line from the postfix configuration file ??

virtual_minimum_uid

From postfix:
"The minimum user ID value that the virtual( delivery agent accepts as a result from $virtual_uid_maps table lookup. Returned values less than this will be rejected, and the message will be deferred."

Where does this user ID come from???
