i own a dedicated server with cpanel.

when i type my site in firefox, it says that unable to connect. i thought my site was down but when i checked through proxy it worked fine.

i also checked my server status, all is fine there.

since my site has dedicated ip and when i typed http://ip.address/ the site shows up?

what could be the problem?
