Hi,

I am a newby in linux and yet i was assigned to administer our proxy server (red hat linux).

currently, i am experiencing squid error( on subject) complete error below:
ERROR: could not send signal 0 to process (series of numbers): (3) no such process.

i tried to check the logs in /var/log/squid but all i can see is tcp_miss on access.log and swapout on store.log. which is totally stranger to me.

i do not know what to do or where to begin with my troubleshooting, that is why i tried to seek help online.

any help would be much appreciated.
