Unable to start Apache2

Hi folks,


Ubuntu 6.05 drake amd64

$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 start
Code:
* Starting apache 2.0 web server...                                            
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs                                           [fail]

$ tail /var/log/apache2/error.log

do you have the permission set right for the folder whre log is stored

or

is the the path specified in apache2.conf existing in your system?
