    ftp error

    i have rhel 4.0 server, problem is when i want to ftp someserver
    it gives me one error named
    421 service not available

    i have checked vsftpd.conf file and
    anonymous_enable=NO
    local_enable=YES
    is given canuhelp me to resolve this problem...

    Could be a firewall blocking the service?
