FTP webserver

Hello everybody i have linux slackware, and i use it like Apache Web server, but i can access on it only with http, and ssh, so can anybody tell me how can i open Ftp port, and normally creat a folder to upload and download files froom this ftp...

for example

ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx, and open ftp and see all files that are uploaded here, and for secure open only with password of my distribution..Thankyou

You should have proftpd already installed if you installed everything, if not it's on the installation disks, start it in the same way you'd start apache and you should have ftp access. For more info try:
man proftpd
