    Exclamation Internet Based Remote Assistance Server

    Hello

    I am part of a small IT team fro a medium sized business. We are looking to get rid of Remote assistance as we have had nothing but problems over VPN with it. We are looking to setup a server so we can do something similar to TeamViewer or logmein. We would only want to use it for our business and external employees. We also looked at vncj but it does not seem stable enough just yet and it doesnt seem to work as well as Team Viewer.

    I hope someone has some ideas.

    Why are you not using TeamViewer or logmein? Will "ssh" handle your IT needs?

    A nice web remote access tool that does not use VPN is NTRconnect. It supports access to Windows, Mac, and Linux machines. I use it to access my home systems from work.
