Bind/DNS monitoring

I have been using AWstats and logwatch to keep an eye on my postfix / amavis-new /clamav server but im looking for something to give me some stats like.

What hosts are using this dns server to resolve requests?
How many request is it resolving total, p/hour, etc?
Can it show any patterns that could be dns attacks?

Any suggestions would be great

Kind regards

Brendan

You could setup your DNS to log everything then look at the logs. If logging is setup then you could use logwatch you go over the log files and email you a report.
