    There are several interfaces. If you're looking for the standard command line interfacing tool, it's called "mysql". The MySQL documentation can be found here.
    If you're looking for the PHP interface, see php.net for more information.

    MySQL Control Center (MySQLCC) is not bad. It is a GUI interface for msyql administration.
