Please send me how to install $ configure sendmail in RedHat Enterprise Linux AS release 4
iam a new for linux so please send detail steps

Welcome to the forum !!!

You said your are new to linux , please try some other mail server (qmail,procmai,postfixl) It's really a tough job to configure sendmail for new users.
I configured it few months back ...still recovering from its side effects

Ps:So don't take up sendmail simply because your TL or PL if asking for it
