    how to enable ftp service in Squid Proxy

    hi. just want to ask on how to enable the FTP service of Squid proxy. i want to get a logfile from the server to my windows PC and i'm doing it thru telnet-ftp. I was able to telnet the server from my PC but when I'm doing ftp command, it states connection refused.
    what should i do about this?
