Hi all..

I Have a amavis-new with spamassasin, and an anti virus checker running on it. I have been tweaking my spam config, and have got to a point where we only get 0.5% spam through to the users inboxes.

I noticed, of the spam getting through, is mainly stuff that got spotted by banned. I however allow all banned, as most of my users require zips and exe's etc to be delivered..

Once it has been marked as banned, it doesn't go on to do a spamassasin score..

so

1) can i tel amavis to check for spam even if the message was caught by banned?
2) Since i don't ban anything, would it better to just not run banned? and iof so, will that then allow the other checks to happen??

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated..
