What Are You Using to Backup Your Server's OS Drive?

For those of you running your servers with OS dedicated HDDs, how are you backing up your OS drive?

I'm using rsnapshot to occasionally backup the more important directories on my raid to an external HDD that's usually tucked away, unplugged. But other than a few backed up OS config files, the OS drive isn't being backup up.

I'm thinking about using rsnapshop with the exclude option to backup / to the raid, got to love the hardlinking, and my uni uses some solution called FOG, but what are you all using? Here's a chance to pimp your backup regimen!
