ESP Print Pro administration question
Apparently ESP Print Pro basically no longer exists, but, lo and behold, my company still uses it. Imagine that...
We have about 200 virtual printers set up in Print Pro and sometimes, for no reason, a few of them will just crash. Going to the administration panel (web-based) we can just click the Start button and all is happy again, but we really would like some way to be notified when this happens.
First, does anyone know why this may be happening, and second, does anyone know how we might go about alerting our IS team about failures?
I believe ours may actually be on a Windows box, but as far as I know this is primarily a *nix application. The functionality should be the same I would imagine. Isn't this just an interface for CUPS? Does CUPS exist for Windows?
