    clone the whole linux using rsync

    hi

    We'd like to clone the whole linux (RHEL 3) using rsync via SSH and resore on other machine with the same hardware.
    Could someone explain pls how it works ?

    Could rsyn clone MBR and Partition table as well ?

    I used this link to go from a physical machine to virtual, but it would work in your case also
