Hello everyone!

I've installed XAMPP server pack on my Xubuntu installation on my PC. The Apache server seems to work fine, but I can't access the FTP server. I can enter it through Firefox, but I can't open it in any FTP client and put files in it. It just tells me that I have no privileges or no authentication. I can't even get there through Explorer (Windows).
I have a USER and PASS set to it, and they work when I go through Firefox. But in any other client I can't establish a connection. Could anyone assist me?

Anyone know how I can set the privileges or authentication for this FTP server?
