I think I might have deleted all the data from a LVM.

Like someone used a command rm -rf /data/share ( share is where that LVM is mounted)

I need the data and its very important, Is there anyway I can recover it ?. The LVM is on a Dell MD1000 storage on a Raid5 array (hardware raid)

Any tools or command I can use to recover ?, Plz help !!!
